Common questions

Do I need to give Between Guests access to my Airbnb account?

No. You just paste a read-only iCal calendar link. We can see booking dates, but we never access your Airbnb account, messages, or listing settings.

How often does the calendar sync?

Every hour. New bookings, date changes, and cancellations are typically reflected within 60 minutes.

What if I use multiple platforms?

We support Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com — any platform that exports an iCal calendar feed. If you use a channel manager that exports a combined iCal feed, that works too.

Is there anything to configure after pasting the link?

Nope. Once we have the iCal link, cleaning tasks create automatically based on your property's checklist and assigned cleaner. You can adjust the cleaning window (e.g., clean the day before checkout vs. day of) in property settings.

What happens if the sync breaks?

If we can't reach your calendar for 24 hours, you'll get an email alert. Usually it means Airbnb regenerated the link — just paste the new one and you're back.
